Cancellation & No-Show Policy
If for some reason you are unable to attend, I ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel and to offer the time to a client who is waiting for a slot or needs an emergency session.
- Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours): A full session fee will be charged.
- No-Shows (Missed Appointment without Notice): A full session fee of will apply.
- Exceptions:
I understand that genuine life emergencies can arise. In such cases, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will use discretion in waiving the fee or a partial fee. - Therapist Cancellations:
If I need to cancel a session for any reason, you will be offered a full refund (if payment has been made) or the option to reschedule at another suitable time.
